In 2015, it will be more important than ever to ensure that you are keeping up with all of the above. Gone are the days where you could rely on emails and phone calls alone to generate interest. In fact, interested clients are likely going to scope you out on social media and your website before making a final decision to work with you. They’re going to look at multiple different sources to gain more knowledge about you. And, if they can’t find you, it may cause you to lose the sale.
Not to mention, buyers are now more resourceful than ever. Nobody is sitting by the phone or waiting for an email for services that could amplify their business success. Your buyers are searching, listening, reading and watching content from various sources to determine who the real experts are and who can help deliver results.
If you’re not engaging in all the above formats, chances are your competition is. And, if that’s the case, who do you think your buyer is more likely to work with?
I strongly suggest analyzing your current efficiency with each of the elements provided in the list above. Work on the ones you’ve been neglecting and brainstorm ways to become more efficient with the ones you’re already paying close attention to.
The goal is to maximize your reach online and offline. You also want to maintain communication and exposure with your current client base so you can increase testimonials, referrals and customer loyalty.
Remember sellers, you must cover all angles! You never know where your next client will come from. One thing is for sure, if you’re only giving them a few avenues to connect with you, they’ll only be coming in few and far between!
