Never talk about the competition. If someone asks why or how you’re better, talk about it in terms of what your customers say about you.

    Have been a fan for several years. Love you little video shorts, but this one inspires a key question…

    I’m in the process of developing a new product (computer software) which I’ll be launching at some point. With no track record of customer retention/relationships (except maybe a few beta test sites, which of course I’ll use/refer to) how would you best suggest I deal with this. I’m obvioiusly not the only person in this situation, so maybe it’s a good topic for a future post?
