Great blog. Funny how the laws of attraction work here. Negativity begets negativity. How much more productive are people when they smile and give you the “how can I help you and make your problem go away” instead of the “now what attitude”. And shame on the companies who hire sour pusses for customer service. These companies spend so much money to get a customer and then in the blink of an eye loose them with customer service people that should be out digging ditches.
