Let’s face it, sometimes our personal relationships go sideways or never were a great fit to begin with. We naturally spend more time with the people we value the most. And, when certain relationships go really sour, or no longer provide us with the same value that they once did, it’s often best to go our separate ways.
Yet, for one reason or another, people tend to think this concept suddenly does not apply in the business world. Not true! You have to be diligent about understanding which customers bring you the most value, and which ones are taking up too much time with too little return.
