I thought the public’s reaction to the T-mobile ad showed below was interesting from a sales perspective. Notice how happy everyone is, how excited they are, and how they want to tell others, incuding their kids, about the event. When was the last time you did anything in your business that had people talking about you and your company in such a positive manner?
